Palmchip has also developed a web-based helpdesk application using C#, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 utilizing Microsoft's .NET Framework. It allows customers to open support tickets online for the products/services they have purchased. The application tracks support tickets during its entire life cycle from opening to closing. Customers can post rich text description and attachments related to their ticket. The application also supports automatic calculation of support hours, contract for each customer so that time spent on resolving a ticket is deducted from overall hours purchased by the customer. It also has a configurable notification system that is sent at each stage during ticket's lifecycle. Reports collect various statistics over the time period for administrators to view.

Palmchip has also successfully implemented a .NET desktop application for the embedded devices. The application provides a rich user friendly GUI to help users perform various activities remotely on the devices such as viewing connection statistics, configuring security on devices.
